TBS or Ubertoolz

Guys I am struggling to decide what would be better to use to spin Tier1+ articles that are either scraped with Kontent Machine or are uniquely written by someone.

I have seen some great reviews of UberToolz and it does have few features that would benefit me aside from UberCubez and Nested Spinner.
But The Best Spinner seems to be the holy grail in spinning content (or it was?). I am not sure if UberCubez can completely replace its features.

There are some fundamental issues with what you're potentially considering here...

1st: Tier 1 articles should never be scraped and mashed. They need to be good quality; so they're going to need to be written properly, and hopefully in a format that allows for premium quality re-authoring (which is what UberCubez is about.)

2nd: TBS is a completely different animal to UberCubez/UberToolz. If you subscribe to UberToolz you'll almost definitely need a good auto-spintax spinner such as TBS/SpinChimp/WordAI/SpinnerChief as well. UberToolz is a set of modules and tools that do a lot of different things, and you can't really compare them like-for-like.

For the purpose of complete disclosure; I am the owner of UberToolz.

If you have time to produce the content I would suggest spinchimp and UberToolz, nice piece of tools. Though I've made my own type of software because I do have large projects and their website drives me crazy with the waiting 30 seconds time(I had the subscription a few months ago). Anyway ubertoolz is highly recommended(not an affiliate or anything like that and I don't use it anymore because I have my own custom bot).

They aren't the same thing - and if it's just a standard spinner you are after - which Ubertoolz isn't - it's a bit more than that have a look at the Ubertooz site and you'll see it's a very different tool. TBS is about the crappiest one out there.

TBS was first and lots of people haven't tried other spinners and are a bit "fanboi" about something they used (like many people get in all walks of life), but it's got a crap thesaurus, stability issues and a weak feature set compared with Chimp or Chief.
