TBS issue

I can't open TBS in my VPS it is asking for the update. As I selected yes to update, it is showing error, that you cannot download files. And if I deny to update, it terminates the software.

How to fix this issue? I had submitted a ticket in BHSVPS support, 1 day passed not a single reply yet.

Have you tried catching TBS support , seems issue there

no, but the main issue is that TBS is asking to update the version. As I tried to update, error comes out to be " you don't have admin rights to download these files."

It isn't a TBS issue. Contact your VPS support.
