TazoSearch - Free Reciprocal Backlink Checker

Here is a free program, called TazoSearch, which checks reciprocal backlinks or any phrase on the target websites. There are 2 programs somehow similar to it: scarpebox link checker and "m6.net link checker, but those ones don't have such features.
