Im doing my taxes right now and adding some 1099-MISC and have a couple questions for what you guys put down for this section:

Business Income - Principal Business
I put "Internet Marketing"

Then It asks for Business/activity type:
I selected from the drop down box "Professional, Scientific & Tech. -Other"

Then right below that for Buisness Activity Code
I put "541800 Advertising and related service"

Does this sound right and is this what you guys put down?

Then on the next page it asks this:

"Identify the accounting method used to record the results for the Internet Marketing business. If you have inventories, you must use the accrual method to record sales and purchases unless you are a qualifying taxpayer or qualifying small business taxpayer. You also must keep account books in order to use the accrual method."
-Cash
-Accural
-Other (specify)

Not to sure what to put here, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Also forgot to ask, where do I list my deductions? All I have to to deduct is my monthly internet bill, monthly hosting, and domains and backlinking services that I bought, need to know what category those all go under. Thanks!

you can also go for computer related service or consulting, business marketing management, etc..

Specialized Design Services
541400 Specialized design services
(including interior, industrial,
graphic, & fashion design)
Other Professional, Scientific, &
Technical Services
541800 Advertising & related services

Deductions should be taken on your schedule C

Thanks, ill just stick with the 541800 Advertising. I have one more question about deductions on Schedule C, (btw im doing these taxes on taxact.com) And I need to enter 2 1099s, 1 for google, 1 for amazon. Under the google form it wants me to enter all the deductions for that 1099, and then enter the other deductions for the amazon 1099.

Should I just divide my total deductions in 2 and put half on the google 1099 and the other half on the amazon 1099? Or should I just list all my deductions on the google 1099 which would show a loss, and list no deductions on amazon showing pure profit?
