I'm in no way a tax professional and not even living in the US (assuming you are from the good ol' US of A?), so keep that in mind when contemplating my advice.
The reason for example Amazon needs you to fill tax forms to receive affiliate income is that they need to report it to the IRS, which would make it not that far fetched to assume that CPA networks need to report to the IRS as well.
No idea as to whether or not you SHOULD fill out the form with your own details or fake ones, as that's up to you and your morals, but I don't see a reason why you COULD NOT fill the tax form with a fake information. Problems might start arising if you start earning good money and they'd possibly require an ID verification or perhaps you'd need to have a PayPal account under that same identity etc.
Personally I'd fill it out with my own information, just as long as the network is trustworthy and not going to sell said information to some Nigerian prince looking for a quick buck.

He is in the USA and should use real information as tax evasion can be punishable by time in a Federal prison.
One of my friends once told me that the only person who had more authority and reach than the IRS is God. I don't think he is that far off the mark.
OP - fill out the forms, bank hard, keep track of your expenses, deduct your expenses and pay your share so you don't end up paying fines or worse yet, spending time in a place where you can't go home at night.

Good thing you guys responded and not some regular member lol or else i would've filled it out with false info. Yea i'm from the us and i know how they care more about their taxes than anything else.
I'll keep those things in mind and im pretty sure most of the networks won't share the info.
However, if i can avoid filling out a tax form, i'll do it as it more money in my pocket lol. So do you guys know any "trusted" networks that don't require people to fill one out or do they all require one to be filled out?

Any trusted networks are going to comply with the law and require you to fill out the proper documentation.

That's, that's a lot of money to owe. Thought college loans were the ones people have trouble paying lol
Well, they do SHARE the info, with the IRS that is. Obviously, the reason is to avoid tax evasion. Fake info, being in the US you would probably not be able to cash out anyway, if so did you use a proxy etc...
Point being, use legit info. The only way to pay $0 taxes is to make no money (or so much money that you'd not ask on BHW and hire professionals to make you pay $0)
