Move to the isle of man. Spend less than 60 days a year in the u.k...there's hundreds of legitimate tax avoidance plans...what are you trying to do ?

60 days is all you will be allowed in the u.k without being taxable. If you are moving around a bit and the figures are not much then you could potentially consider yourself a PT. If however you are audited the onus is on you to show where you were for every day of the year you were claiming non Dom.

Ask any UK Banker surely those crooks will know!

Barclays shares crashed over revelations that bonus-hungry traders fiddled lending rates, cheating millions of customers.

Today, Justice Secretary Ken Clarke said financial crime was "easier to get away with" than virtually any other misdemeanour.

And he insisted there should be criminal investigations and prosecutions where crimes have been committed.

He said: "We are very bad at prosecuting financial crime in this country. I suspect financial crime is easier to get away with in this country than practically any other sort of crime.

"This is still being investigated, no doubt, but once these investigations are complete, if they have committed criminal offences they should be brought to trial."

This could become a political thread but let's be honest , politicians rattle their sabres to appease the proles every once in a while but when the dust settles it's business as usual. The top three Tory donors for the last two decades have paid less than 2% tax. The prime ministers family business was built up on African tax avoidance schemes which netted him a tax free inheritance of 15 million at 21 years of age.. As chris Rock said there's rich and then there's wealth.
