Tax Advice

I am from India and am earning money via IM and PTC survey work and writing contents
I would like someone to guide me on what should I do to make sure I am safe with my Income Tax thing

Do I need to register a company or proprietor ship business, how to show what kind of taxes I would be paying

Pls guide, guidance from Indian friends would be more of a help

FYI - as of date am showing my earning as professional fees

Fees are expenses - means money is going out. Income is money coming in.
