I need some advice on tax issue that I have....

I earn some decent money with CPA marketing which I submit w9 forms in order to get paid.

However, I also using both US and non-US freelancer for marketing and JV purposes.

How do I deduct for those people that I used. I heard that for non-US freelancer, I have ask them to fill out w8 forms but what if they're not filling that form, then am I liable to file tax for all the earning from CPA company.

It's been almost week now and no tips yet.... guys help me out on this!

Hi Godang, I cannot give you any legal advice. There are two things you have to do.

If you've paid them more than $600, then ask to fill out W-8BEN form (for NON-US) and 1099 form (for US residents).

Good luck, mate.
