my opinion :
for a guy -> yes, definitely, it signifies that we went through pain, we survive the pain hence tattoo is an art, our skin is a canvas for our tattoo artist, some people are even more intimidating with tattoos
for girls -> no, it make your skin looks dirty, i prefer no tattoo
but hey it is just me.
