I have a site in a German Language, but the site ranks well in other languages and other countries, Like when you search from an Australian IP and Google.com.au the site ranks on First page. But, it isn't the same for the language i'm targetting. When i'm browsing using a German IP Address and searching for that keyword on Google.de it's showing up in 4-5th Page. I think we need to specify the language using hreflangs but i have no idea how to implement them.
Things, i've done so far.
1. Selected the site language to "Deutsche" in the WordPress settings Menu. (3 days ago and the crawled the site manually still no changes)
2. Have added the site to webmaster tools and selected "Target Users in Germany" (Crawled the site again and i've seen no changes yet.)
