Thinking of offering packages for a monthly / yearly rate that will include anti virus, remote support, patch management, etc - trying to figure out best way to market this (via PPC). Was thinking of targeting older demo and trying to figure out what ads might be effective for this.
I see tons of customers that actually call + pay for services from those YOUR COMPUTER MIGHT BE INFECTED pop ups .... Like an INCREDIBLE amount.
What do you guys think about this? What do you think the best route would be?
To be clear, the product will be reselling Webroot licenses, instant tech availability VIA remote access, patch management (progams + windows updates), computer optimization (install Adblockers, ensure user doesnt have 100 proggies starting with machine, etc), temp file cleanup (weekly or monthly), and access to an easy to use client portal that will have tons of automated fixes for most common problems.
I also think that the way this information is explained to the target audience will make all the difference... and help with that would also be appreciated. Obviously I dont mind going blackhat as far as marketing strat goes, I really just want to see if I can get something like this to be profitable.
