is there a way to found out the demographic details of a user in facebook
by his click on one of my facebook adds ?

do you know a tool like that ?

What you need is a tool that scrapes user ID's from groups,fan pages,etc based on a keyword,If your interested shoot me a PM.

If you're referring to geo locating a person who clicks on a AD going to a site you own, Yes. Gender, race, age, income, etc.. No.
You can always setup your ad by demographics and then run campaign and use that information and add a geo ip lookup on your website, to basically datamine or campaign for that demographic.

You can use MaxMind GeoIP Web Service to return the Country, Region, City, Latitude, and Longitude of the web visitors
