Targeting the Right TikTok Audience

I aim to target Moroccans/Algerians in France with content in Moroccan Arabic. Since Morocco lacks access to TikTok's Creator Rewards Program, a friend in France created an account for me with this option Creator Rewards Program enabled. Everything is OK, then I access it from Morocco without a VPN and posted my first video, which is performing well. Most views are from Morocco, followed by Algeria and a lower percentage from France.

My questions:
- Will I qualify for the Creator Rewards Program if I reach 10k or 100k views in 30 days?
- How can I better target Moroccan/Algerian audience in France?

Cant say much about the rewards program but to better target the audience you want, best thing to do is just keep making videos and use a bunch of tags that other videos with that target demo use. Eventually youll build a bit of an audience from that demographic and theyll share it with friends and family who will share it with their friends and family and so on. Tough to target a specific group in a specific country but its not impossible. Best of luck!

Since the account was created in France, you should qualify for the Creator Rewards Program if you meet the view criteria. To better target Moroccans/Algerians in France, use hashtags in Moroccan Arabic and French, focus on relatable diaspora content, and engage with similar French-based accounts

Your account created in France is already eligible to participate in the beta rewards program, you just need to meet the program's requirements to participate. As for targeting, I don't think there is a better way than using hashtags.
