targeted views for geo restricted videos

I'm facing a big issue here, I have videos that contain copyright material and allowed just in 4 countries, I tried to send targeted views/likes from several panels but no success, how I can overcome this issue?
N.B: allowed country germany austria luxembourg swiss.
ANY HELP TIPS ARE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

Did you find any help with this? I'm having the same problem .. These SMM panels are so trash man.
 
Do not buy this shit SMM panels. Instead of fake views you can buy original google display ads service,
there is a seller in the marketplace who runs a google display ads and it is not expensive

Can you specifically say which google display ads? Thought those were way more expensive .. Also, I am in a position right now where my likes on the video are more than the views because of the drop from the smm panel. I want to fix that first before people see the video.
 
Search through within the Marketplace and social media
