I plan on giving this twitter thingy a chance today and will make my first account. Is it better to make a general account like my real life things or make a fake one that goes after like a niche or something.

i all depends on what you want to use twitter for.. if it's just a social thing then one, if it's a traffic/make money thing then lot's

man. niches within niches.

be laser beam focused.

Target niche related followers. Target people with less than 100 followers.

be a twitter sniper.

Thanks MrCatana. I'll do that after I figure out twitter all the way. I finally set up my first account and it's more of a personal account

glad to be of service.

if you have any other question ask it here and then PM to answer, i don't seem to be getting email notifications of new posts to the threads i am subscribed to.

take care

Get a niche account and then use Bird Feeder or HB to follow people from your Niche.

dont wanna be a downer but I have 40k+ followers on 15 accounts all targetted to various niches and cant make $1 on Twitter

thank again..maybe I suck and Twitter rockz!

That's because all your followers are spammers trying to make a quick buck

My biggest money maker is an account that has just general people. if you are marketing something specific then of course go towards a niche, otherwise, general is fine.

The problem I've found is that even when targeting focused niches you end up only following other marketers that are targeting that same niche. I'm kind of with drax up there with my viewpoints on Twitter. I've tried all angles and it ends up seeming like there's much better ways to spend my time
