Targeted traffic

Hi Guys, little story i just start working in the medical supply company, doing online marketing,
so i need to increase sales in the company to get permanent position.
So my firs idea was to buy a targeted traffic, does anyone can help me with this?
Every advice, suggestion would be highly appreciated.

So @miro21 it looks like you have a budget to spend, which is of course a prerequisite.

The fastest targeted traffic you can buy is paid ads, PPC, adwords. So head to the PPC/adwords section.

Or you can also buy SEO services, but you will not get traffic immediately, it is more like a long term strategy to get free targeted organic traffic from google. Head to the SEO subforums to learn more.

Yes i do, and i also want to go both ways, i need a wow factor first and a long term strategy as well

For quick results, paid ads will be your best bet.
However as @safeSEOboost suggested, for a long term benefit you'll have to invest in SEO and SMO for consistent and long lasting results.

I think it will be best to focus on PPC/adwords, especially on the videos section and YT. Video ads are proven to work better than text ads.
