You might struggle to find something so specific. Have you reached out to the existing SMM Panel providers on the marketplace to see what they can do?
I've reached out to one and I am a part of 2 or 3 and none of them offer specific likes. i don't want my likes or followers to look like white middle aged people in suits or some random countries like Arab countries or something that don't even speak English lol

I don't think you will find what you want unless you 1. Create them your self or 2.do it organically not fake .
Even if you did ,the amount of effort you spend could be used for marketing it and getting real fans.

Hello where I can find SMM Panel with monthly traffic ? all panel I have found is with deep-fried but min is 1000 or 500 traffic a day ! I need less traffic a day, do you any one ?

buddy there are hundreds of panels offering female instagram likes and black people instagram like services, question is if you just want to boost your numbers or you need actual engagement. I’d say focus on strategies like child accounts for real engagement or power likes.
