Hey guys whats up,

im wondering if there is a way to get targeted fans, not by niche
by location, now im not talking about targeted fans from US and stuff like this that its easy to get, im asking if there is a way to get fans for e.g from small towns in Russia, Hungary, France etc...

im not sure if there is some tools for that but even to grab those fans manually its good but the question is how i locate them

i didnt ask where i can buy, i know lot of places where i can get this service,

im asking how to do it. not where i can buy it.

and not to offend but by looking on your site i know that you cant give me targeted facebook users from Netanya Israel for e.g

this is one of the reasons im not asking where to buy, because i can't buy a service from someone who don't even know where is the place that i need targeted traffic from, and usually people dont expend and says the exact place that they living the saying in general that they are from israel.
and im not talking about you specific im saying in general because i came across with few people who offered me the service and failed.

but i need people from specific locations in israel and this is why im asking if i can filter them by i.p's

well im not sure there is a tool like this out there and if there is this is my question where i can find it,

i know that its possible to create some macro bot, but i don't wanna pay some programmer to do it for me and in the end it will not do the work right. which is very possible with those macro bot
 
the major part here is to find those targeted fans to add them automatically with some tools its not the problem but to locate them by i.p's will be great success for my goal
 
i see there is a demand on this one if someone would give us some info it can be awesome
 
u are able to target fans, if you do it by keywords and countries. when adding the fans, some script and def SEO will be able to do that. by using fake accounts, unless it is by countries or it wont be able to
