Targeted Facebook event invites?

Hey Guys,

Not sure if this is possible or if there's a program for this, but I figured I'd ask!

I'm looking to target individuals in a specific area who like dance music and invite them on facebook to an event.

Is the easiest way to grab a scraper like Ulead and focus on similar events in the area? From my understanding Ulead is for paid advertising, unless I'm missing something?
