Target weak competitive keywords?

I have internal pages that are targeting keywords that are weak competitive.
Of course, i've reinforced the internal link and now it's time to do the off-page SEO.

What method do you recommend?
web2.0? cheap pbns?

Please recommend a cost-effective way to keep the main page from getting hurt.

Safe and cheap pbns don’t go hand in hand, go for Web 2.0, guest posts, premium home page pbns for long term gains, and add niche edits and soc signals too

There are too many keywords to do all this.
It is a keyword for all regions (minimum of 50 places) + products (five products)

But competition is very weak.

No, just link a few guest posts to your homepage. It helps your whole site rank better.
 
Focus on the homepage but do strong quality links.

Why do you want to do the messy stuff. Is it short term project?

The force is not being transmitted to the internal page due to parameter url.
But recently we've revised it to some extent and the internal pages are starting to show.
As you said, I will go after guest post and social signal first. Thank you for your answer.
 
Cheap PBN's are risking one you should go to web 2.0 and guest post to the home page on your sites. Always go with good quality links.
 
You won't get good results by using cheap PBN links. You need high authority niche relevant links
 
Go for quality guest posts or niche edits.

Build links homepage and do proper interlinking.

Internal pages will start ranking.
 
Build quality links to Homepage. Guest post, for instance.

better go for quality backlinks if you want good long term result
 
It's really hard to get good results out of cheap PBN, i would suggest you to go with quality PBN, web 2.0 and guest post.

Build niche relevant links and guest posts. Add quality links to the homepage and interlink relevant page, so link power will pass to inner pages and will give it boost.
