I have two different keywords, Should I rank this two keyword in one article or write two articles?

You're not giving necessary information to make an assertion of your situation.
If the keywords are related, LongTail for the primary keyword as well as driving towards the same information(Output) - Yes you can rank both keywords on same page otherwise write seperately.

Write a 2000 word article and use both KWS.. Depends on your content and niche...

You can target up to 3 keywords phrases each page.keep in mind your keywords should be long tail not always using exact keywords terms.

I would start with one, then see if Search Console shows the page getting imps for both keywords. If it doesn't, write the new post.
