i've seen multiple videos, channels, workshops on using aliexpress for drop shipping. With this Oberlo plug in, it makes the process very smooth and easy. But there are some items I see on taobao not on Aliexpress.

1. Anyone here used both methods, oberlo dropship & non-oberlo dropship? How much more time is saved/consumed comparing these 2 methods?
2. Does anyone have tips for drop shipping with taobao?

As I am from there so let me give u some tips

Aliexpress is B2C while Taobao is C2C, you said

not some items but thousands of millions, because they are 2 different platform.

and for your dropship question, I have no knowledge of it but I heard u can find some middle man/company to send the package to u/your customer.

Another thing forgot to mention, when u use foreign IP like US etc, what u see in Taobao.com is not same as we Chinese see, we got unlimited items in Chinese version, while you guys foreigners get just lets say picked items. Its very different.

Taobao is only in Chinese.
How are you, non-Chinese speakers, are able to buy from it?

theres some tutorials on youtube
and / or you can use google translate. hehe
but yeah. mainly the tutorials on youtube. some of my friends helped me too (Chinese friends)
sometimes i use taobao agent websites

Well I think u can use Chinese ip if u have, thats better to find some nice items that not show to foreigners.

And u shared more valuable info in this thread too, cheers mate!

btw superbuy.com's shipping sky rocketed last week. not sure if its the same for all other agencies and taobao . .. .
and not sure if it will return back to normal

usually i would pay $5 now it is like $40
and it said it on the website too/front page of superbuy
