TaoBao agent for liquid items

Hello everyone, I'm searching for a TaoBao agent but not a general one, I need one who could ship to Italy (where I live) a small quantity of liquid (only 550ML) in a spray bottle.
I already use one agent to do that but their shipping fees with postNL are too much high (almost 30$ for 0.6KGs to Italy).
I wanted to know if some of you could advise me a nice (or more than one) agent to do that.
BTW if you need to know I'll post a photo of the item just in case.
