Talking to girls about IM

we are all a sum of our experiences.... you may have an understanding of internet marketing than the people around you.....but consider the amount of knowledge you don't have... just because you are more interent savy than your peers doesn't make you the smartest person in the room ;).

I mean, Even though you know more about internet marketing than your boss....he is boss and you work for him.

Yeah I get it. I am open minded. I wasn't saying that I smartest though, everyone has there purpose. Hey if I tried to hang out with a bunch of lawyers I would be totally lost with there terminology.

But yeah

or just tell them that you get up early in the morning when the birds tweets trying to:get females on high-heels , pick their nicknames out.Teach them how to lay tricks while working on their head game at the same time.

You need to make enough cash (I mean a lot) via IM, and then they won't even ask you questions what you do for living.

Find smarter girls. I talk to my GF about IM and she thinks it's interesting. Do I expect her how to run an SEO campaign and setup a WP site? No, but she understands the concept of reviewing products and making a commission when people buy stuff.
 
My GF is asking alot that i would teach her how to do IM as i think she has now realised that how foolish it is to work if you can earn via internet by doing basicly nothing and you get bread onto table.

Believe it or not their are loads of people who won't believe you because they can't even get their head around the idea that one can make thousands of dollars on the internet, their small, 9-5 minds can't conceptualize the idea at all so don't waste your time.

This is something that is new to me as I starting working for myself around 7-8 months ago now. At first I would explain the process of being an affiliate and for some reason even after being drilled with questions for an hour people wouldn't get it.

Then I progressed to telling them that I sell things online, this they didn't understand either since I didn't have a warehouse and inventory. So I came up with another description.

I told people that I rank websites in Google and for some reason they didn't understand the concept of Google "ranking sites" and just thought that Google just randomly shows them websites. At this point I was about 4 months on with working for myself.

I gave up on trying to explain anything, now I just say the following when people ask me what I do:

If it's a girl I'm interested in: I have my own business, it's all a bit technical but rest assured that if you would like to go to dinner with me that I will pay for you.
----If anything they at least laugh and I can start talking about something else.

If it's just a normal person: I have my own business, I don't say anything other than that. If they ask for specifics I just say business consulting.
P.s, actually landed 2 SEO clients this way :D
