Talking to girls about IM

Yeah so none of my friends are into internet marketing. Neither are the girls that I date. SO, I like this forum because I can talk the language here.

I just get the confused, nodding smile... When trying to brainstorm methods...

Same with my boss, the guy that's paying me to be his internet IT guy...

I mean you can only break it down so much to make someone understand.

LOL

Anyone else having this issue?

You think you've got issues? I've been trying to explain to a court all week.
Even my own defense doesn't understand let alone the prosecution or the jury.
the problem I am facing is the alleged offence is un internet related but they
cannot understand how I afford my lifestlye using stealth accounts and digital
payments so it's catch.22.

I'm from third world country people totally don't know about IM and paying online ........,
when i tell someone I'm making money online he/she think about me :
1. crazy
2.liar
3. other
 
You should talk in a language girls will understand, anyway here's an example.

"So anyway like, i do internet marketing. Remember miranda in sex and the city? well she was a layer so anyway like it's kinda like her but anyway not really because i create websites i'm like the Mcdreamy of websites. I fix them and market them so they get more business"

Then throw some ice cream at them and start singing chris isak songs

Just before I read this I was thinking that we're sort of like lawyers in that we get paid for speaking a language and doing actions that others don't understand.

That's an interesting problem. I look forward to having it! I'd bring in a power point presentation and offer to show the court an example of a money making process. ;)
 
Instead of saying you make money online, I think its better to say that you are a marketing consultant specializing in start ups.
 
I have only made about $40.00 bucks so far between adsense and Fiverr From about a month or so ago. But I also get paid to work at a dealership and sit in the office and talk on the forum... Ill make the jump to IM fulltime when I get some better methods. I want to be in the 10k to 20k a month. In the next year or two.
 
everyone I tell/show is jealous as hell and asks me to teach them

ya know what after reading these posts I think Im just going to say Im a stripper. Fuck it. LOL
 
Actually i'm lucky because my (female) fiancee does IM as well.. makes life quite easy. I just tell my dad i send links on twitter and i get money for it.

The money making process is only part of the issue, the stealth untraceable payments are the rest.
 
I have this problem with my husband. I've found that if I give him examples from niches that are interesting like transexual porn or midget fighting that he'll listen. I've also found that he pays attention to anything I say as long as I say it as a Yoda impression. I'm not sure that would work as well on women.
 
Hahaha, dont tell me.. My family does construction business, and they have to be all day long in the working field and supervising or driving always from side to side.
When I told them I make my living, maintain an apartment, wife, kid. And even there are more money for more investments (printing, reballing machines, cybercafe and so on).
Ate first they didnt beleive me (before marrying) and told I was a lazy one that always wanted to be on Facebook and Twitter (like they usually are), then when they saw I started buying equipment and paying bills, they were like.. "hmm ok, but not enough". Now that Im getting plenty of money to make wise investments, they think Im hacking bank accounts or something like that.
This is awkward, I try to explain but its like talking Chinese.
My wife just listens and smiles, sometimes she ask some questions but she doesnt follow when I explain.
Guess we are forever alone with the ones from our kind. hahaha

F to blue collar, No but seriously the money is out there. You don't have to destroy your body to get a very small piece of us. Ya know there leaders, hunters, followers, planners. I guess we are more of a planner type. I think that everyone in this forum has the same dream. An whatever it may be, support the family, get a nice car, yada yada, It's just good to know there are others out there. What would you guys think about starting a group in your city. Like through an ad on Craigslist. And meet up at a certain location. Ya know you could even have prospects, and a level of hierarchy just like the forum. But with physical people.
