Cause my <<talk english>> is not very good..
Almost all of the CPA networks I have applied to requires a phone interview. I think there was a few where I was approved without a call. I don't remember which network it was.
Try applying to several CPA networks and you will hit one that doesnt require a phone call.
Regardless, if you want to be accepted into good CPA networks you will need to speak to them.
