Talented web developers need for long term business relationship good $$

So like the title says I am looking for a talented designer/coder (individual or a team) to work with on a specific project and hopefully other projects in the future. Right now I need to develop a sharp and functional website for a computer repair shop that will include and online shop section some flash a remote support with built in diagnostic function, SEO friendliness and a back office system to manage it all. I have a mock-up and the detailed proposal from the last designer I was working with that is now unavailable so if you want to see the example of what I'm looking for....

Again like I said I really want to work with someone or a team who has got a lot of skill and is reasonably priced because I have a bunch of other projects big and small I need worked on. We could have a little web development factory going because I consistenly get projects. I came here instead of freelancer.com or something like that because I want not only talented web designers/coders/programers but also SEO masters. I'm also not here to pay retail so don't approach me with outrageous numbers but I do want a fair price that will motivate both of us to keep working together.
