Talent Management Agency Contracts

My talent management and influencer marketing agency is now ready to begin operations but there is just one thing holding me back...contracts!

I am at the point where I need to reach out to influencers and propose that they sign with my agency so we can manage them, this is all okay but suppose they are interested and want to sign, where do I even begin with a contract?

If anyone here could provide me with any tips or information that would be greatly appreciated.

I suppose it depends where you live.

You may use a third party service. Upwork for example offers an external contract system but I suppose it fits best for occasional jobs.

Or you may start from a "terms and conditions" template and customize it. You should include something that let the users know they should check for local laws and taxes and you're not responsible blablabla
