There are no excuses, they are going to limit your account forever.

I was in the same situation a few time ago, I waited until I was 18 years old, then I sent them my personal information but they closed my account and told me I could open a new account with my personal information without problems because now I'm +18.

When I was 17 and making money online, I used my mom's account. She didn't know about it, but this was several years ago. Then I closed the account, and opened my own personal account when I turned 18.

Can you ask your parents to help you with PayPal? I think there's even a program they run specifically for teenagers.

my parents wouldn't let me use theirs and the program for teenagers is only for people in the US not UK, which is a shame.

But it's only for US kids,
