Sorry gentlemen , but I want to use some piano songs for my ecommerce site so I can properly showcase a physical product

What is the worst that can happen? my competitor will report me? google will hit me with a copyright strike?

Please let me know what you suggest, Thanks .

The copyright holders can hit you with a claim for using their work without permission. They can offer you to take it down a.s.a.p. and leave it at that or, if they are nasty, make a legal case demanding you pay the royalties anyway.

Nowadays I'd be very carefull with copyright items. It's literally some peoples job to search the web for people who use copyrighted items and then hit them. It's crazy. Profitable business from what i have heard

Well, I am not a copyright lawyer, but I am sure they don't own the copyright for those songs.. if the songs are open sourced. Still, wait for someone who knows about these to chime in.

Alternatively, you could get midi (try ultimate-guitar.com for example) of those songs and render them using some good sound fonts. That should be perfectly legal.
