Guys yesterday I queried my email to Google to see some horrible results.

Someone has been silently scraping my private info when I registered domain with Namecheap without Whois protection.

The site is wa-com dot com

Look at the photo below

(Michall.. is not my site btw)

Something disgusted me was their Contact us page with Fake Captcha implemented.

I tried to complain on their contact form, but it turns out that captcha would never let me pass through.

So there's only one chance left for me.. How to deindex that my scraped private info on Google Serp result?

I don't see anywhere to complain this to Google. Google crawler is so aggressive that it doesn't care about people's privacy.

So how to tell that stupid Google to deindex my private info? Would they even bother to listen?? I don't see anywhere to complain on Google site except DMCA

Yeah unfortunately without whois privacy protection your info is public.
Which means its available to everyone and nothing illegal has happened.

On top of this.. because it is the interweb the sites that crawl this whois information and repurpose it and display it will remain on show and google searchable for a HELL of a LONG time.

You could try requesting at each site for it to be taken down, but I believe they might try charge you for that if you can even find a way to contact them, maybe the captcha is just broken via your set up try a different browser see if it lets you through.

But how to De-index a site well now thats another topic...

So it seems I made a HELL A LOT OF mistake with Whois thing. Ahaaaaaa
Yeah, I'll just see what I can do.
I'll never register domain without whois protection from now on!

From your image it looks like you have used a trademarked brand name in your url, that is going to be more of a problem for you.
