Taking down a new site?

So I just discussing my new site with my friend and he is such an arse that he has decided to "steal" my niche and registered the exact same domain name in other TLD.
I'm confident I could still rank above him but he's got more resources to get more content and backlinks.

His site is fresh with no content and a day old, is there anyway I could take him down?

I'm thinking of ordering a xrumer blast

I'm pretty sure scrapebox killed one of my sites. Google says it doesn't matter, but for some reason it seems like it does...
 
You said he is your "friend". Why dont you just go talk to him and straighten it out like a real person would do? Skip ordering the blast, work it out with your buddy and maybe even merge together to solve it.

Well he's not a friend anymore. This is simply unacceptable, he think he has more money to beat my site and I don't want to partner up with him.

Really furious at this. I've just fired up scrapebox and blasting his site directly to an overused auto approve list.
Then I plan to write up to google spam report pretending to be one of the blog owners and telling them the site has been spamming. How does that sound?

The site is not even a day old, no content and not even indexed. Any more ideas?

Sounds like it could do some pretty good damage, I never though of filing a spam report.
 
Beat him with content and a better site. Its so lame to try and take down someone elses site. Just shows a lack of confidence in your own ability.

i agree with you. @ OP, if you can than rank your site with better content and quality backlinks. more resource doesn't always means that he will beat you.
 
man, are those threads getting more an more common these days..
 
work on ur site dude.

if u are afraid of ur friend's site getting ahead of u then how can u handle thousands of search results competition.


what i have learned is dont waste ur energy in negative even for ur enemies, use it for positive for ur site.....

Blast him with a few million xrumer links, itl take him down for now but once his domain ages 3 to 6 months (sometimes it can be up to a year) he will probably be #1 and I've found it hard to sandbox twice.
 
Blasting his site will not hurt it long term. It might cause a G dance (unlikely), but you're still building links to his site.

Actrually I just checked, it's been around 5 months and I"ve actually moved up to #5 from #8 on my EMD kw.. ha. But it did take the site off the map for a while.
 
Buy a ddoser license from hackforums.n3t, and bomb his site every once in a while. Or post there to give a reward to hack the site/botnet ddos, 15-20 dollars should be sufficiant.
