Taking ages to start an ad!

Does anyone else experiences this:

Got a new account, a friends account got it with ID, Credit Card, Everything legit contected it to Business Manager and I am with a Fake account managing the ads. Started 5 ads, only one running and it's been 0 for 12 hours now. I paused it since it gets night in the US and I started it again and yet again nothing, ad stays 0 for 12 hours again. Do I live it always on?

It happens. Increasing your CPC would be an option if you are not running ocpm ads.

This wait period for new accounts is common. I have had my new ads waiting for 3-6 days before recieving an impression.
 
When I start first ad it takes at least 3 hours after approval to start ad impressions.

When I get few clicks on that ad, new ads start showing after 30 minutes after review.
 
Yes we have seen it as well as our clients. We suspect that period of time is for their bots to do silent reviews and is running your account through some markers/triggers. This could be from ad image, ad copy to domain used. We suspect that a human reviewer will be introduced if your account trips on any of the triggers.

Yep, when I was new to facebook ads I experienced it as well.
