Taking advantage of low quality traffic

Hi, i need advice if anyone is willing to help

I have a website made with wordpress which is 3 years old (Content related to health)
Most of the traffic is coming from Arab countries, which is converted to $0

i didn't update the website for more than a year, but I recently started adding more articles and focusing on english
The website is still responding with Google, as i see increase in impressions, when i add more content

But the website doesn't generate any money 0.2 a month using only google AdS

Backink is low, around 241 (71) from google

Also, the number of traffic is different from cloudflare and google (way way different)

How can I take advantage of this traffic?
What would you recommend?

What is your content primarily focused on? Is it informational or commercial?

It seems even you don't know much about your own website...most traffic is coming from Hong Kong and the US, not exactly arab countries xD

primary content is informational (health-related) in 3 different languages

only recently it started shifting to other countries, and only in cloudflare
in google analytics still algeria on top

and i don't know why Hong Kong since my content is in english french and arabic only.

Hmmm.. I agree that’s quite low.. I think you could focus on high quality content with strong SEOs.. understanding how these things go hand in hand may help you generate revenue that you need.. that’s just my opinion

Not much can be done on low traffic informational blogs except display ads, keep adding more content to grow traffic and make use of facebook groups and other social media platforms
