How can I take down someone who is advertising on my Telegram channels using Telegram Ads?

I’ve already tried using SMM services, but unfortunately, the country the ad is targeted to isn't available.

you can't pick which advertiser shows up on your channel, only report the ad if it breaks policy. If you have enough boosts, you can switch sponsored messages off for the whole channel instead

Is there any tool for mass reporting ads? I’ve already reported the ad, it violates Telegram's rules, but it hasn't been banned.
