take backlink when any site is about to redirect

Yes, it is very old. I remember on backlink software similar to GSA they used to call these types of bank links exploit backlinks, but abandoned the function years back because had no noticeable impact.

Don't do such kind f practice it will harm your website rather than boosting authority. and the very important thing it's not a "BACKLINK" it's just like fooling AHREF and MOZ

Ahrefs counts the redirects as soon as you manage to index them.
Also Google will list them among your links in search console, but only temporarily and most probably they will not move your rankings at all.
