Build the company while working - don't be one of those guys that's in the office "8 hours" a day but spends 6 hours chatting at the water cooler. Work the 2 hours like everyone else does, skip lunch, sit at your computer and build the biz in your work office while collecting the 100k. The company probably will give you a reward for looking like the most productive employee considering corporations are notorious for misjudging productivity.
Outsource as much as possible. Every time you outsource you buy hours. You have maybe 12 hours a day you can work, you can buy 100 hours a day of other peoples time if you have the cashflow. Take the job and the security, build the company and take the risk.. all at the same time. Good luck
