Buying a house is not a financial death penalty, unless you are getting a loan and paying a high interest rate on that loan.
Also renting a house does not mean you are on benefits.

But there are limited things you can do to a place that you rent. You have to get permission from property owner to make changes even as small as having FTTH installed.

he actually lives in the houses he rents. he chooses to pay rent instead of actually buying a house.
Some people do not want to be tied down. Still renting a house has no reflection on your wealth. To suggest it does, really is a bit idiotic. I am not saying you think this way. I just do not get how anyone can think a rented house reflects on wealth.

I wasn't talking about wealth status, but the notion that a house is bad to buy financially. Its only bad in certain circumstances not all.

Exactly right...I've owned and rented, and there are pros and cons to each. In Europe, I think it is more common to rent than America. Estate agents in the US take up to 6% of the sale price when you sell, so unless you are in a booming market, you'll have to sit on that property for a few years just to break even.
Anyway, for those that aren't familiar with them, H3H3 is one of the funnier YT channels out there atm.

maybe he personnaly he is not a scammer but he used a shit methods to promote his mmo courses,rent a ferari, a holywood house and maybe some celebs...
and telling poeple that if you buy that course you will be as rich as me, c mon, he does not knew what he was promoting,

A guy I know interviewed him HERE and asked him straight up, "Tai, no one thinks you actually own that Lamborghini, do you?" It's an interesting listen (and a solid podcast series). The guy doesn't know his numbers. I'm sure he's making millions now, but it didn't start that way even though he had the appearance of wealth.

Tai used to own a dating website where he kept charging people for a subscription even though they cancel. Word on the street is he got sued for it and labeled as a scammer.... maybe even spent time in jail apparently. He then moved to where he is using the money he hustled from the scam to advertise.
He even references in one of his videos that he got in some trouble before youtube.. he's referring to that.

To expand on that, a fool and his money are ALWAYS soon parted ha.
i don't see anything ethically wrong about this strategy at all. And it actually makes plenty of sense.
Obviously, he would not have the same successful results if he were standing at a bus stop next to some fat chicks. I think selling products requires some sort of "proof" that they actually work. You can't sell a weight loss product with *before* pictures only.
