"Here in my garage..." ads on youtube
lol he is not a scammer. I know people who know him personally. You guys probably just aint deep enough in the real game. Of course he rents his houses like every normal rich person does. Since it's proven that buying a house is a financial death penatly.
Buying a house is not a financial death penalty, unless you are getting a loan and paying a high interest rate on that loan.
Also renting a house does not mean you are on benefits.
So where Tai Lopez actually lives after making all of those marketing videos. Why is he so ashamed of where he lives, that he have to rent a mansion in Hollywood Hills to fool people. He spent all of that affiliate money on weed and women.
But there are limited things you can do to a place that you rent. You have to get permission from property owner to make changes even as small as having FTTH installed.
Tai Lopez is already exposed by one of our own.
Some people do not want to be tied down. Still renting a house has no reflection on your wealth. To suggest it does, really is a bit idiotic. I am not saying you think this way. I just do not get how anyone can think a rented house reflects on wealth.
Curiosity got to me, what do you think his initial marketing budget was in order to get that annoying video of him and his lambo in front of virtually everyone on YouTube?
Exactly right...I've owned and rented, and there are pros and cons to each. In Europe, I think it is more common to rent than America. Estate agents in the US take up to 6% of the sale price when you sell, so unless you are in a booming market, you'll have to sit on that property for a few years just to break even. Some people do not want to be tied down. 67 Steps has sold 101,648 times
$67 x 101,648 = 6.5 mill
Not bad for an info product
People just don't have common sense.
They see a car and a house then their jaw drops and wallet opens.
Fucking idiots, let them lose their money.
