Tagging bot for fanpage?

hi i think im gonna write an tagging bot for fan pages

i have totally 500k~ Likes
and i think must write a bot that will collect ids from fan pages
create album
upload same photos tag new peoples until all my fans get tagged

can i have a traffic with it,or get banned any suggest or idea ? is it logical ?

Personally I thought it would get banned because people may report you for tagging them in a photo (simply because its annoying or they see it as you invading their privacy)

i couldn't find a way to retrieve all fans , does anyone knows how to do?
or i should do it to fake accounts which have 5k friends :/ ?
