Taboola, Outbrain and Rev Content Alternative?

Does anyone have a good alternative to these? I keep getting rejected because one of my 'viral' type sites is only averaging 20-30k uniques per month. I'm guessing they have a much higher threshold.

I am using content.ad and I get a mere of 0.04-0.05 CPC.
Sucks.
