Taboola => Adsense arbitrage. Is it really this easy?

Which ad networks do you use/suggest as publisher and advertiser ?

I would suggest using as many ad networks as possible for monetization.
Multiple ad networks can be set to compete with each other for each ad impression increasing and maximizing your ad revenue.

I have compiled a list of Top 100 Ad Networks here.

Wait, wait...

Nope, it’s not profitable — for us.

Let me tell you how this works and why you will never make this profitable & still will see lots of these ads.

These websites are owned by Native Ad Networks or their special partners. Why do they make this?

Because they’re getting the ad spaces based on flat CPM. So when they don’t have enough amount of real advertiser ads for that spaces, they show this click bait ads to at least make an extra revenue instead of $0 blank ad placement.

So no, there is no media buyers that get $0.3 clicks and wait for 50% CTR with at least $0.6 Google Adsense CPC.

They are just saving some money on blank ad placements.

Completely wrong. Not all native networks own their own sites. Most don't. And there are literally hundreds of people that make big money buying native traffic.

Three years ago i used traffic buying (not media buying like nativeads) combine with special traffic and later check my adsense revenue...

Its work, but only live for 3 months, dont say i dont check cpc, impression and so on..

But from $300, i make more than $10000 before banned.. quite profitable..

Just go on dude...!

I was looking into media buying and ad arbitrage. So essentially buying traffic and sending it to Adsense.

I can't believe that it's as easy as these websites make it look.

Check this out.

Now I know there is a lot of tracking and optimization. But how is this profitable when the cost per click on Taboola is so high and the Adsense payout is so low?

Doesn't this market just become crowded until there is little to no margin left?

I mean there are hundreds of websites doing it so it must be profitable? What am I missing here?

Is it really as simple as track, optimize, repeat, bank?

Everything is not as easy as it seems...first Adsense is not the ideal source for traffic arbitrage and number 2 this business is not for people without cash and tons of it. Good traffic is never cheap or easily accessible. Plus you need to be using high revenue generating ad networks to make a profit...PERIOD

@jeff1985 knows what he is talking about. There are ways to get the traffic on credit, but largely it's not available for the small website owner.

It was back in 2015, ahh the good old days...

You can still do it, comes down to these things:
1) low CPC in tier 1 geos
2) use GA to optimize against bounce rate / pageviews
3) make sure you're passing all placement and publisher IDs into GA.

Thanks.
I also trying to you do the same thing.
That I can get approval for AdSense site. It shows policy violation error

But I cannot get approval for AdSense site. It shows policy violation error.
Any thoughts ?

The main problem with this is that its not easy to get low CPC in Taboola.

Also, the CPC you get in adsense won't be high enough.

Leave the CTR at side.

I don't think its an easy business.

new to this thread.

Just setup my websites and native network ad accounts.
I also feel confused if driving traffic + content / adsense will be profitable.
But it's what I can see so far.
Maybe some tricks in content arrangement, besides slide posts?
Black hat tech won't be my option. It costs and unstable.

There is no trick per say but what you could do is research other publishers who have success using taboola or outbrain....look up their simliar web and their bounce rate which will tell u you their success rate...you need promoted native post that is 6 pages minimum up to 10-14 pages preferably. Top 10 list or post that forces or encourages readers to go through mulitple pages...also this type of arbitrage is easier with cpm ad networks then cpc networks

This was 2 years ago, so I think you had some experience with this.
1. How do you deal with bot traffic from Taboola? This problem is quite frustrating.
2. How do you deal with the ad serving limit problem from AdSense? do you use any technique or something to avoid it, or at least to delay it?
Thank you.

Watching for replies on this.

Not sure about #1, but I believe for #2 the stock answer is to build up your site with more content and get more organic traffic.

Looking to get started on this, just waiting on AdSense approval.

#1 exclude the publishers that send you bot traffic or have the user solve a captcha before they get to the actual page.
I know a lot of people will drop off, but I know of one very large publisher who does this.

Last 5-6 months am trying this method from different angel but every time i make max to max 5-10% ROI

So, moral of the stories is " This game is for Big B in internet market" If you have budget more than 25k$/ month then go for this otherwise don't try.

Most important as a publisher you have to approved your blog in google ADX partner for getting maximum ROI

AdX can’t compete with Adsense, that’s what I see on my sites too. Taboola is hard to work with unless budget on buying traffic is less than $1k, so in this case it is better to rely on cheaper traffic sources or SEO.

Let me tell you for ADX approval you need minimum 1millon quality traffic/month.

If you are interest in media buying then buy traffic from FB & break your post in 3-4 slide. I can bet you are going to earn minimum 50-60% ROI. Buying traffic from FB you don't have to invest much
