After I signed up my account, I just added my credit card as a Payment method and didn't do anything else and shortly after that my account was deactivated.

Does anyone know why ?

What a weird platform.

If they don't allow personal use of their platform why would they open up self registration?

Individual accounts are given less weight, but you can contact the account's support staff.

This could be due to a security check or potential policy violation. I recommend contacting the platform's support team

they can't give any useful info, just copy and paste.

From what I know, Taboola allows self-sign-up, but they have an additional approval process afterward. New users need to show their ability or prior experience with running ads before getting officially approved. It’s a good idea to reach out to their support team for more detail

Yeah, it’s annoying, probably they deactivate accounts that don’t meet certain criteria or seem inactive, even if they let you sign up easily.

Usually Taboola deactivates accounts for suspicious payment methods or IP issues. If you just added a card and did nothing else, they might’ve flagged it automatically. Happens a lot with new

Taboola flags fresh accounts fast if there’s no campaign activity or if the payment method looks risky, best to contact support or open through an agency.
