Tabbed boxes and eBay tech support

Morning guys, i've been re-doing a shops listings and store front on eBay for them and came across these tabbed boxes with tabs for returns, shipping etc and then the box displays the information regarding that tag. We liked it so i set about making one but i did it with javascript then when it came to saving the listing they said javascript isn't allowed.

I contacted eBay tech support to ask what languages are allowed and 3 different people told me they don't know

Does anyone here know what languages eBay accept for their listings? Or better still how the tabbed content boxes are made in an eBay accepted format?
