I own my own clothing line and I am going to be the first to say that I have had dozens of people ask me to help them start a clothing line or help sell shirts. First things first, don't go looking for a supplier until you have a shirt design or multiple shirt designs and know what method of printing you want to use screen printing, DTG, or whatever else you want. So I would recommend getting advice on the designs first before you go looking anywhere for a supplier.
In terms of supplier it is really easy to find people that are local to you and charge great rates!
