We host several dozen logo design contests each week. So, we would like to invite all t-shirt designers who wish to showcase their talent to the world and win handsome prize money each week. Can anyone suggest where would I find such talented designers? Is there an exclusive community of logo designers for the same?

That's a weird place to put a link to your site, on the word "t-shirt designers". A normal user would just place it in a more direct manner.

It's almost like you want a backlink to your site with "t-shirt designers" as an anchor text so you could TRY to rank your site for that keyword.
