Hi, I am learning T-Shirt Design. I was just wondering if you guys are using this texture (https://goo.gl/dK8igc) to your design. Since i am new, so i don't wanna invest which is not worth. If anyone using this,Please message me. Or anyone wants to buy this pack,let me know in the message,we will buy on sharing basis.

There are so many different designs and design elements out there. This would be only good for a couple of really specific niches - ie. this is not something that you see in mainstream, high volume designs. Nothing wrong with it, but again, targeted to a very specific kind of design style and a very specific kind of audience.

When designing t-shirts, you need to work backwards (depending on what type of work you're doing). If you're looking to design and sell shirts on Teespring for yourself, then think of your audience first, then come up with ideas/design concepts and then design it last.
 
I made custom t-shirts some time ago with the logos that I made in Corel Draw in vector format. But your texture looks interesting too.

This is not my texture. I was thinking to buy.
 
not worth. use some avilable graphic tools or make outsorcing
 
I like those textures. Before you buy, you could create your own with some sponges, brushes, or cloths dipped in some black ink.. or take photos of sidewalks. old fences, tree trunks...open them in Photoshop, apply threshold and got some great textures.
but...if you wanna buy them go for it.
 
save your money. those effects can be easily achieved by using free photoshop brushes.
 
Nice! Do you have printer for T-Shirt/s as well , you know all purpose business. you design and you buy factory price T-Shirt/s and then sell them bulk online or to your area there.
