System.io, collecting emails

Hi,

Im trying to collect emails by giving free ebooks on my website.

I´m using system.io, but something is missing and can find a good tutorial.

On the button "Download your ebooks", i made it to download the ebooks, so its doesnt matter if people insert the email or not, they can download the ebooks. and if they put the email, it wont be storage on contacts.

How can i make this work? Its even possible?

ask their support staff. I used them too some months ago but didn't like them, I think they have 2 or 3 different lists for contacts, that are not very intuitively named so you have to look carefully in your account.

You should also test with your own emails first to see if it works because it's possible that you've not linked the download button and download pages properly, or some other small error. Subscribe with your own email and then log into your account and check where that email pops up and then you will know what to do. Or like I said, ask their support staff so you don't have to bother with it at all

Set up a landing page. Users should input their email to access the ebook. Don't provide a direct download link. Instead, redirect users after they submit their email. The ebook can be sent to their inbox. Also, ensure System.io stores these emails correctly. Sometimes there's an API sync issue. If so, contact their support.
