I'm starting to do a lot of keyword research, in a serious way. And I've found this little trick:
if you put ~ (tilde) at the beggining of a word, and with no space beetween, google will give results that match that keyword AND synonyms.
For example, if you search for "~web design", google will throw you:
- Web Design Library
- Graphic design - Wikipedia
- Graphic Design Studio
and if you look at the end of the page, google will give you some related weywords:
- web design designers
- graphic design web design
- graphic designers website
- web design search engine optimization
- graphic web designers
- web design templates
- web design typography
- graphic design freelance jobs
Other example: "~web ~design". In this case, google use synonyms for both words:
- Web Developer
The important thing here is not google giving you some synonyms, but knowing but google consider a synonym for a keyword.
