The best spinner has a good one that it downloads and updates regularly (I believe you can find it in a dat file), also there are several wordpress plugins like wp-spin that save the DB as plain text

Let me reffer you to this one i am currently using:
openthesaurus.de/about/download (german)
openthes-es.berlios.de (spanish)
Im sure if you search google you will find plenty of open source databases.
As for the best spinner database: If anyone knows which encryption algorithm is used you are welcome to share it with me

Tbs Api is limited for the queries and allways gives session expired error . So i need a valuable synonym database too. if you have already one can you pls share it with me.
