Syndication Plug In

I was wondering if anyone knew of a wordpress plugin that would connect with TBS or any spinner, spin the content, and then post to blogger, tumblr, and other sites like that.

I've seen WPSydication (sp?) but I haven't found that will spin the content and post the entire article.
